Principais Descobertas
Using the self determination assessment and intervention empowers transition-age students to partner with school personnel and IEP team members in the process of IEP goal development. This partnership will promote higher expectations and culturally responsive practices as well as value the cultural identities of students and their families in planning for individualized educational opportunities and experiences and ultimately supporting transition-age students to achieve meaningful college and career readiness that lead to the life trajectory that they envision.
